Cliona is a Sustainability and Project Management Consultant with over 13 years of experience leading business efficiency and transformation initiatives. She holds dual master’s degrees—an MSc in Sustainability in Enterprise and an MSc in Business Information Systems—which allows her to offer a comprehensive approach to tackling business challenges. Cliona specialises in evaluating the risks and opportunities that arise from sustainability and digital transformation, helping businesses minimise their carbon and environmental impacts while leveraging the benefits of sustainable practices.
Her services include strategy development, sustainability training, risk analysis, research into best practices, the creation of management systems, auditing, and comprehensive sustainability reporting (including compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, CSRD). Cliona’s approach aims to reduce operational costs, enhance customer loyalty, attract top talent, and boost overall company reputation.
Providing advisory and consultancy services, Tom comes with extensive experience in senior roles as Global Chief Technology Officer and Director of Operations and Transformation.
Tom has extensive experiencing developing strategic initiatives and delivering significant transformation programs that strategies across IT, HR, and Finance in multiple industries including FMCG, Telecoms and public services.
